RackData is so sure you will be satisfied we 100% guarantee it. There aren't any loopholes... if you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days just ask for a refund.

Uptime Guarantee
RackData offers a 99.5% Uptime Guarantee, covering all websites hosted on our servers. A customer's website will be up and available at least 99.5% of the time in any given calendar month, or the customer will receive a credit towards his or her next month's hosting services, according to the current Agreement. Please see the table below for information regarding credits:

95% to 99.4% = 25%
90% to 94.9% = 50%
89.9% or under = 100%
In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven (7) business days after you experienced the downtime (the end of the month). To request a credit, log into our Secure Customer Management Area.
